Supply Chain Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for raising purchase orders, following up on outstanding orders with suppliers, creating transfer orders, and managing office supply stock. You will also provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team and stores as required.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create purchase orders for UK and international suppliers.
- Book in purchase orders for international suppliers and raise the relevant transfer orders.
- Place weekly orders for office consumables.
- Review and maintain the Purchasing inbox, ensuring purchase requisitions and CAPEX orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Support the closing of production orders.
- Work closely with the Finance department to resolve supplier invoice queries.
- Manage the outstanding order report and ensure purchase order dates are kept up to date.
- Regularly review the Item Creation app and set up purchase items in Business Central (BC).
- Set up new vendors in Business Central.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) activities as required by the NPD Leader.
- Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain team.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
