POSITION SUMMARY:
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the execution and ongoing development of channel marketing programs across the partner ecosystem. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works in close partnership with Sales leadership and the Marketing Enablement Manager. The position drives co-marketing campaigns, coordinates channel events, manages branded merchandise and giveaway programs, and ensures partners have the resources required to market and sell effectively.
This role is suited to a motivated marketer with relevant experience who is ready to take meaningful ownership of a channel marketing function, work cross-functionally across a lean team, and operate in a hands-on environment where impact is visible and recognized.

$80,000 - $95,000 a year

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-develop the channel marketing program roadmap in partnership with the Director of Marketing; track KPIs including partner engagement, co-marketing performance, and pipeline contribution and deliver regular reporting on program results
Execute partner onboarding activities, ensuring new partners receive the training, tools, and resources they need to market and sell effectively from day one; Conduct regular partner audits to assess marketing asset usage, brand compliance, product portfolio adoption, and overall engagement
Serve as the channel marketing voice in collateral development — identifying what partner-facing materials are needed, communicating those needs to the Marketing Enablement Manager, and ensuring the right content reaches the right partners at the right time
Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners across email, digital, and social channels; manage the partner communication calendar to keep partners informed of product updates, promotions, and marketing opportunities
Coordinate company and partner presence at trade shows, partner events, and field marketing activations including logistics, vendor coordination, collateral preparation, and budget tracking; support pre- and post-event follow-up campaigns
Own the branded merchandise and giveaway program end-to-end — sourcing and managing promotional items, branded wearables, and client gifts that support partner relationships, events, and sales efforts while staying on brand and on budget
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align partner campaigns with broader demand generation efforts, and with the Market Analyst to incorporate competitive and customer insights into partner-facing content
Support partner-sourced pipeline tracking in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Enablement, helping monitor lead qualification standards and follow-up cadences
Maintain regular communication with the partner-facing sales team; gather feedback to continuously improve channel initiatives and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment with exposure to channel, partner, or field marketing
Experience executing marketing campaigns and coordinating marketing content distribution; exposure to partner or co-marketing is a plus
Demonstrated success in event coordination, including trade shows or field marketing activities
Experience sourcing or managing branded merchandise, promotional items, or corporate gifting programs is a plus
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing tools; experience with Zoho is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in design tools such as Canva or PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency
Self-starter who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and is eager to grow their channel marketing expertise
Willingness to travel for partner events and occasional sales meetings (15–20%)
